A commitment to excellence and innovation in the way it works with its private equity clients has earned law firm Foot Anstey a major finance sector award.
The firm, which has an office in Bristol, won the Regional Legal Advisor of the Year title at the 2024 Real Deals Private Equity Awards. 
The awards, now in their 23rd year, recognise the highest standards of excellence within the private equity sector across Europe.
Winners at the awards ceremony, staged last week at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London, displayed dedication, hard work and excellence, according to organisers media outlet Real Deal.
Foot Anstey said its success particularly highlighting its focus on working with private equity-backed portfolio companies and their management teams to create value through the lifecycle of their investment.
Foot Anstey partner and head of corporate and private equity Matt Stoate, pictured, said the firm was honoured to be recognised in the awards scheme, particularly as the judges commended it as a differentiator in working as a dedicated cross-specialism team with private equity-backed portfolio companies with a sweet-spot on bolt-on mergers and acquisitions.
