Henry Jones has been appointed as a corporate finance executive at ICON Corporate Finance, the Bristol-headquartered tech-focused investment bank.
Henry, pictured with ICON partner Simon Moynagh, has several years’ corporate finance experience in firms across Scotland, England and Wales.
He has worked on deals with exciting tech companies spanning cybertech, FinTech and EdTech.
His expertise covers all stages of the business life cycle, from fundraising through to acquisition and disposal.

ICON, which specialises in mergers and acquisitions and fundraising, was founded in 1999 by Alan Bristow.
It has since opened offices in London and San Francisco and closed more than 250 deals.
Tech sector specialisms across the international team include FinTech, cyber, AI, HealthTech, digital media, EnablingTech, enterprise software and managed services.
Recent deals include advising Bristol-founded TravelLocal, the leading brand and online marketplace platform for tailor-made holidays, on its £8.3m Series B funding round.
