National law firm Foot Anstey has recruited a non-executive director whose experience spans the legal, financial and tech sectors to support its ambitious growth goals.
Jason Haines, pictured, joins the firm, which has an office in Bristol, after recently retiring from ‘magic circle’ law firm Allen & Overy.
During his 16-year tenure at the international legal firm he demonstrated strong leadership skills as finance and operations director and oversaw a comprehensive range of IT and business services, including the intricate back-office infrastructure.
Prior to that he was global chief technology officer (CTO) at PricewaterhouseCoopers (now PwC).
During his career he has traversed a wide spectrum of industries, including legal, consultancy and manufacturing.
Foot Anstey, one of the UK’s fastest growing law firms, said Jason’s ability to adapt and excel across various sectors spoke to his “versatile leadership skills and his capacity to drive strategic change and innovation”.
