Accountancy group Deloitte has continued to invest in its Bristol office by making two partner and 16 director promotions, taking to 211 the number of individuals promoted across all grades and businesses in its South West and Wales practice summer.
The two new partners are Luke Webber and Giles Houghton, pictured, who both specialise in cyber services as part of the risk advisory team.
Giles works in Deloitte’s cyber, digital and data practice and has spent more than 20 years working with large government departments in the UK and Middle East, building and securing critical systems. He is also passionate about driving and promoting cyber skills and innovation in the South West.
Luke leads the firm’s central government cyber, digital and data risk business and has 20 years’ technology, digital, data and cyber risk experience, having worked extensively across the public sector delivering secure, critical citizen services.
The 16 new directors are Jean-Marie Delport, Helen Hodge and Kseniia Jones in risk advisory, Richard Bailey and Rob Figueiredo in audit & assurance, Abbi Cole and Charlotte Czaczkes in tax & legal, Ed Bell, Richard Bevan-Williams, Tom Edwards, Liz Rich and Emily Sarwa in financial advisory, and Chris Bennett, Simon Moore, Joanna Tarnowska and Lorna Weir in consulting.
Deloitte South West and Wales practice senior partner Lizzie Hill, pictured, who was appointed to her role last month, said: “This is a momentous occasion for me – my first promotions announcement which includes an incredible two partners, 16 directors and over 200 promotions in the South West.

Deloitte employs more than 2,000 professionals in its South West and Wales region.
Nationally, its total number of UK partners now stands at 1,315 – up 8% from 1,218 last year.
Overall, the firm promoted more than 7,200 people, representing 30% of its UK workforce, across all grades and business areas.
