Brandon Hire, the Bristol-based tool hire firm, has appointed property adviser GVA to provide property portfolio management services for its national network of 170 branches.
GVA, which has an office in Bristol, will be responsible for property data management, maintaining all property and lease records, dilapidations advice with landlords, rent reviews and lease renewals, and business rates advice.
GVA director Marcus Hawkins said: “Brandon Hire’s portfolio, which comprises primarily leased property, is spread throughout the UK and will therefore benefit from the local advice and knowledge that GVA’s network of offices will provide, as well as national strategic input across the range of property management services.”
