Three key promotions have been made by global real estate advisor CBRE in its Bristol office as it continues to invest in its people.
Andrew Jackson and Alex Riddell have progressed to directors while Charlie Snow’s new role as senior surveyor. 
A member of CBRE’s retail team, Andrew joined the firm in 2015 via its graduate scheme before becoming a surveyor two years later.
Alex joined in 2018 as an associate director in the office agency team and has since helped to grow the practice to one of the largest in the region.
Andrew said: “The ongoing training and support I’ve received at CBRE has helped me progress quickly, while the retail sector has been an interesting market to work with – especially given the changes we’ve seen in the past couple of years.”
Alex added: “Working at CBRE has provided me with the ability to combine my market knowledge with a global platform and reach, this enables us to provide our clients with the best advice and outcomes.”
Charlie first joined CBRE in November 2020 from his previous role at a regional firm based in Somerset, and now works within its fund valuation team.
He said: “Being part of CBRE’s fund valuation team exposes you directly to the trends being seen within real estate markets, whilst also providing access to market leading experts
