BRC, the Bristol-based independent recruitment specialist for public, private and third sector clients, has been accredited with two ISO standards.
Quality marks ISO 9001:2008, the globally recognised standard for an organisation's internal quality management, and ISO 14001:2004, the environmental management standard, were awarded to the business, which operates throughout the South West and Wales.
BRC operations director Simon Copp said: “As a specialist supplier in a competitive marketplace, it is vitally important for us to demonstrate that our candidate attraction and vetting processes are consistently better than standard industry requirements.
“Gaining ISO certification ensures quality is at the forefront of the recruitment process and in turn allows us to provide candidates with the best opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction.”
Founded in Bristol in 1999, the company now has offices in Cardiff, Southampton, Manchester and Sydney.
