A recently-refurbished office building in Bristol city centre is now fully occupied following the letting of its final suite.
PS21, the former TSB regional office on Prince Street, was acquired in 2016 acquisition by Cheltenham-based developer Robert Hitchins. 
It has since been extensively refurbished to provide 15,278 sq ft of high-quality office space – filling a gap in the city centre commercial property market.
QBE Insurance Group, one of the world’s top insurers and reinsurers providing cover in more than 140 countries, has taken a lease on 2,283 sq ft on the second floor of the four-storey office building.
It joins other blue-chip tenants at PS21, including public and third sector recruitment experts Baltimore Consulting, Japanese specialist distributor Shintoa Corporation, property and planning consultancy Rapleys, recruitment group Blue Arrow, specialist recruiter Thorn Baker Group, global engineering company Ricardo and management consultancy Concert Consulting.
Robert Hitchins senior asset and development manager John Jones said: “We’re extremely happy with the property and pleased to welcome another quality tenant.
“The acquisition gave us a chance to create modern offices with a contemporary feel and excellent facilities in a great location close to Queen Square.”
Agents for PS21 were Colliers International and Knight Frank.

Robert Hitchins is one of the leading property developers and investors in the South West and South Wales.
Its previous schemes in Bristol have included the 7,225 sq ft Avon House at 1100 Parkway at Stoke Gifford, the former regional HQ of Swedish bank Handelsbanken, and the 10,050 sq ft Building 220 at Bristol Business Park, which was let to engineering group Babcock International Technology.
The group deals with the full development process, from site acquisition and planning through to development and investment.
