Regional property consultancy Alder King has promoted two members of its Bristol head office team – building surveyor Elaine Summers and lease advisory specialist Josh Bryant – to become associates.
A chartered building surveyor since 2008, Elaine, pictured, joined Alder King’s building consultancy team in 2017 and has worked on a wide range of commercial and residential building projects across the region.
Among other achievements, Elaine – who previously worked for DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Donaldsons – recently secured a high-value instruction to carry out planned maintenance programmes for a Bristol charity at two of its sites in the city.
Josh, pictured, took up his post in Alder King’s lease advisory team 18 months ago, a few weeks before the first lockdown.
Despite the challenge of settling in while working remotely, he quickly positioned himself as a valuable team member and trusted adviser, successfully supporting a broad range of landlord and tenant clients with their rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears.
Josh, who previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and Sanderson Weatherall, advises clients in all sectors of the commercial property market here in the South West and across the UK, achieving strong results for clients across the UK.
Alder King chair Martyn Jones complimented Elaine and Josh on the significant contribution they have made to their teams and the wider business.
