Property consultancy Knight Frank has strengthened the commercial property team in its Bristol with the arrival of Emma Cowlrick as senior surveyor.
Emma, pictured, joins the commercial property valuations team, which works for a range of clients including financial institutions, lenders, private individuals, funds, property companies and the public sector.
After qualifying in 2016 she worked at Carter Jonas in Bath on commercial and residential valuations.
Emma said: “I wanted to join one of the top property firms and take on the challenge of valuing some of the most high-profile buildings in the region.”
Head of Knight Frank’s commercial business in Bristol, Steve Oades, added: “We are delighted to welcome Emma to our valuation consultancy business.
“Knight Frank values buildings with a capital value of $1.3trn each year globally and Emma will be an excellent addition to our Bristol team.”
