National law firm Bevan Brittan has promoted eight lawyers in its Bristol head office as part of its end-of-financial year promotions round.
The promotions, which have taken immediate effect, include two new legal directors, a new senior associate and five new associates. 
Richard Hiscoke (commercial & infrastructure) and Anne Palmer (litigation, advisory & regulatory) are the new legal directors while Simon Boyes (property) has been promoted to senior associate.
The new associates are Yasmin Allan (litigation, advisory & regulatory), Anna Davies (commercial & infrastructure), Anna Elliott (commercial & infrastructure), Bethan Price (clinical risk) and Matthew Tucker (property).
Bevan Brittan is one of Bristol’s largest law firms in Bristol, with around 230 legal professionals and support staff in the city, including 28 partners.

Legal director is a new position that recognises those lawyers who have exceptional knowledge, gained over time, in a particular aspect of law and who are often called upon to provide a valuable contribution within complex matters.

A total of 18 individuals have been promoted across the firm, which also has offices in Birmingham, Leeds and London.
