Bristol-headquartered commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has appointed a graduate surveyor to its investment team.
James Frost, pictured, joins from Connells estate agents in Bristol, where he worked for nearly 18 months as a sales negotiator. 
Hartnell Taylor Cook (HTC) first met James at the UWE careers fair, while he was at the university studying Real Estate, in which he gained a first-class honours degree.
HTC has also taken on a Senior Facilities Manager in its Leeds-based facilities management team. Terry McVeigh joins in the newly-created role, which will work with a growing regional client base across the UK. His arrival from CBRE’s Leeds office adds to HTC’s growing team covering Northern England.
