International commercial building consultancy firm Malcolm Hollis has made two key promotions in its Bristol office.
Richard Hunt, who joined the office in 2015 from rival GL Hearn in London, has been appointed as a senior associate. He has more than nine years’ experience in technical due diligence, party walls, project services and dilapidations.
Richard Masters, who has worked in the office for two years as an energy and sustainability surveyor, becomes a sustainability consultant.
Malcolm Hollis Bristol partner James Key said promotions recognised the hard work and commitment the paid had shown to the firm and stood testament to the firm’s ethos of creating opportunities for staff.
“These promotions are an indication of the skill and dedication that our team in Bristol has. I would like to congratulate both Richards on their promotions, they are well-deserved,” he added.
Malcolm Hollis has 19 offices in the UK and Europe and specialises in service areas such as dilapidations, building surveys, environmental services, project management and mechanical and electrical.
