Bristol-headquartered national law firm TLT has advised long-standing client Sussex Place Ventures, the London-based venture capital investor, on its further investment in Kimble Applications.
TLT worked with Sussex Place in 2015 when it first funded Kimble Applications, one of the world’s leading professional services automation (PSA) providers. 
Kimble’s PSA software offers a SaaS (software as a service)-based product built on the Salesforce platform that provides businesses with real-time diagnostics.
It is the first to integrate augmented intelligence into its product, allowing customers to identify patterns in performance data and recommending likely remedies.
The latest investment, which has been made alongside leading Silicon Valley investment firm Accel-KKR, will be invaluable in helping Kimble, which has offices in London and Boston, continue its ambitious growth plans.
The capital will further drive Kimble’s rapid expansion, including in product development and marketing initiatives in the US and Canada.
The TLT team advising on the deal was led by corporate partner Jon Gill, assisted by corporate associate Bryan Shaw.
