Bristol-based specialist legal and business services provider Jordans is seeking further growth in the North of England and Scotland with the appointment of compliance expert Claire Houston-Holland as business development manager.
Claire, pictured, who will share her time between Bristol and Cheshire, joins after serving several years in compliance roles at Callcredit and GBGroup.
Her appointment comes just over a year after Jordans’ acquisition by global corporate services provider Vistra, which has triggered a period of expansion at the firm.
Clare said: “I’ve known Jordans for some time as a company that has a unique market offer and which takes compliance seriously.
“With compliance becoming more and more of a challenge to businesses across all industry sectors, it’s a really exciting time to be joining the company.”
Jordans, recognised for having some of the best anti-money laundering (AML) products, recently became the first provider to link its AML e-verification service and company formation platform.
Jordans business information services director Ray Ruffels added: “Claire comes to us with a wealth of experience in fraud, AML and ID compliance.
“As we continue to develop our offering to clients to make compliance quicker, easier and more efficient, she will be a huge asset. We are delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Jordans employs more than 3,500 employees in 74 offices across 44 jurisdictions.
