International property consultancy JLL has made eight promotions in its Bristol office.
Residential valuation team director Adam Greenwood has become a national director while Nicola Perry, an associate director in the property and asset management team, is now a local director.
Daniel Withecombe and Matthew Armstrong, from the student and healthcare team, Tully Madge from retail management, and Lisa Fone from building consultancy, have all been made associate directors.
Adam Reed, in building consultancy, has been promoted to senior surveyor and Lisa Potts, from property and asset management, has now become a surveyor.
JLL Bristol office lead director Simon Peacock said: “These promotions reflect the strength of the team here in the South West, which means we are well positioned to support our clients, drawing on our local knowledge and global expertise.”
