Property agency Colliers International has appointed Richard Nicholas to lead the investment property management team in its Bristol office.
Richard, pictured, is an experienced property management specialist with more than 25 years’ experience. 
He joins Colliers as an associate director from the Cardiff office of rival JLL, where he worked for more than 14 years, securing and servicing the management of a number of high-profile, multi-let office buildings across South Wales.
While at JLL, Richard was also responsible for managing Legal & General’s IPIF industrial portfolio in the South West and South Wales.
He takes the helm of Colliers’ investment property management team in Bristol following a period of growth.
