Bristol-based brand engagement agency Synergy Creative has moved to larger premises following a period of strong growth.
The firm, which works with blue-chip clients to engage their employees and customers through creative communications and campaigns, has relocated from Westbury-on-Trym – where it has spent the past eight years – to Whiteladies Rd in Clifton.
Its new 3,400 sq ft office in Grosvenor House is more flexible to accommodate its 22 staff and provide space for further expansion.
The move coincides with the agency’s 10th anniversary and follows a year of intense growth, with a raft of new business wins including household names such as Argos, Vodafone and Aviva, which have joined existing clients such as Ladbrokes and ODEON & UCI Cinemas.
Synergy also picked up several national awards this year including Best Agency by the Institute of Internal Communications, Best HR Consultancy by the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and was the only Bristol agency to be named in the Recommended Agency Register Top 100, the annual list ranking marketing agencies from across the UK on financial performance and client satisfaction.
Synergy director Gemma McGrattan said: “We’re delighted with the move. We’ve had a really successful year, attracted dream clients, added exceptional talent to the team and we’ve grand plans to grow the business even further next year.
“Our new space is treble the size of our old office, so we’re pleased to have the extra room to accommodate our brilliant team, and much-needed shelf space for our various awards. We can’t wait to work alongside our amazing group of clients in the new space and help showcase Bristol as one of the UK’s best creative hubs.”
