National law firm Bond Dickinson, which has a large office in Bristol, has been named as one of the UK’s best legal advisers for the sixth year running.
The firm appears in the Best Legal Adviser Report 2016 published this week by Legal Week magazine. It asked in-house counsel for their opinions on satisfaction, importance and innovation in the service they receive from top UK and global firms.
Legal Week received responses from clients of more than 250 law firms.
Bond Dickinson received its highest scores in communication and responsiveness; quality of service delivered; and the overall relationship the firm has with its clients.
Clients also highlighted the firm’s good understanding of business and high-quality legal advice with no weaknesses; the level of expertise and variety of work it covers; and that it offers value for money with pragmatic and practical legal advice.
Managing partner Jonathan Blair, pictured, said the accolade was great recognition for the firm’s outstanding client service.
“It’s always good to hear that clients are pleased with the service we deliver,” he said.
One Bond Dickinson client commented in the report: “Service delivery is second to none – a key requirement for our external firms. Bond Dickinson have taken the time to understand our very complex business and are very much seen as an extension of the legal team – a safe pair of hands.
“Each of the fee earners we interact with are very approachable and easy to work with.”
Bond Dickinson has offices in London, Aberdeen, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle, Plymouth, and Southampton as well as Bristol, where it employs more than 250 people.
