Global property consultancy JLL has announced nine promotions in its Bristol office – six at national and regional director level – following a period of significant growth and ahead of its upcoming move.
Kevin Hunt, who runs the South and Wales planning teams, and Jo Edwards, who leads the regional property and asset management teams in the region, have been promoted to national director level.
Philip Schmid, in healthcare, Barnaby Dodwell and Elfyn Haycock, in project management, and Hannah Waterhouse, in office agency, have all become local directors.
In addition, Alastair Kimpton and Ben Ponting are now associate directors and Susan Green has become an assistant surveyor.
The promotions come at a time when JLL is gearing up for January’s move from its long-standing address in Berkeley Square the short distance to its new base on Great George Street.
JLL Bristol office head Jeremy Richards said: “Congratulations to my colleagues on their promotions. It’s great to see them grow and progress within the business and be rewarded for excellent service to our clients.
“Demand for our services in Bristol is on the rise. These promotions demonstrate the strength of our team here and reflect our high standards of integrity, efficiency and professionalism.”
Some 125 people work in JLL’s Bristol office advising on all aspects of commercial property including offices, industrial space, retail, planning, property management, building consultancy, project management and valuation.
