Faithful+Gould, the project and programme management consultancy, has bolstered its Bristol office with the appointment of Mathew Wilson as regional director to lead its project management team.
Joining from Sweett UK, where he worked for nearly four years, Mathew, pictured, brings with him more than 25 years’ experience in providing expert project management and strategic estates advice.
He has been involved in a wide range of large projects during his career, much of it spent in the South West. These include programme management of The Helios Project, project management of Eastbourne’s Arndale shopping centre extension and Guildford town centre’s retail mixed-use regeneration developments.
He also previously worked as head of estates and projects for Avon and Wiltshire’s Mental Health NHS Trust.
He said: “I’m delighted to join the already thriving project management team at Faithful+Gould’s Bristol office.
“I hope to continue to successfully develop the team and use my skills and experience to help grow the business, especially in the commercial property sector.”
Faithful+Gould director and head of operations in South West and Wales, Neil Brierley, added: “I am pleased to welcome Mat to Faithful+Gould. His wealth of experience with all aspects of commercial property will help bring further success to the current prospering team in the South West.”
Faithful+Gould’s Bristol office – which is at Aztec West – is working on a number of high-profile projects in the city, including Engine Shed II, Temple Square, Brandon Yard and the Bower Ashton Development masterplan.
