Commercial property specialists Bruton Knowles has appointed UWE graduate surveyor Rhys Jones to its Bristol team – the latest recruit from the university.
Rhys, pictured, originally from Mid-Wales, is familiar with the Bristol area and is already involved in valuations, agency, and landlord and tenant instructions reporting to head of the Bristol office Paul Matthews. 
Rhys said: “Post-Brexit there has been continued strong business activity and plenty of opportunities for new work. It is great to be working in Bristol, where there is so much commercial property activity and it is a particularly exciting time to be entering the industry.”
Mr Matthews added: “We are now at full stretch, handling inquiries from across the industrial, retail and office sectors and Rhys’ appointment is timely given this fast-expanding workload.”
Multi-disciplinary consultancy Bruton Knowles was established more than 150 years ago and offers clients a range of skills including building consultancy, compulsory purchase and compensation, estate strategy, agency and development consultancy, professional skills such as valuation, lease renewals, rent reviews and rating, as well as property management across the full spectrum of urban and rural property.
It has 12 offices across the UK including Gloucester, Cardiff, Taunton and London as well as Bristol.
