Property consultancy CBRE has promoted seven staff in its Bristol office as it continues to invest in its workforce. Staff numbers have grown by 10% over the past year at the office.
Guy Mansfield, Peter Craske and Ian Banks have been promoted from associate director to director; Mark Kelly and Marcus Hutchings are now both associate directors having been senior surveyors; while Rosanna Lake and Rob Moran are now senior surveyors.
CBRE’s Bristol office, one of the firm’s 11 regional bases across the UK, was opened with just four members of staff in an attic in Berkeley Square in 2003. It later expanded into Howard House on Queens Avenue.
The office now has more than 60 staff across 16 departments and last year moved to its current top floor home in Clifton Heights on The Triangle – the city’s highest office building.
CBRE Bristol managing director Garry Hicks said: “This is an exciting time for us as we continue to strengthen our practice and adopt modern ways of working to attract and retain the best talent.
“The promotions are thoroughly deserved and all of our staff bring a wealth of experience to support all of our clients and strengthen our position across the South West.”
