Bristol-based construction and refurbishment specialist Integral Build has appointed Lester Parry as senior estimator in response to a growing contract portfolio.
Lester, pictured, will take responsibility for all new tenders, working closely with the commercial manager and operations manager. 
He has more than 30 years’ experience and joins Integral Build from Balfour Beatty, where he was also senior estimator. Prior to that, he worked at Vinci and Pearce Construction (SW).
His appointment follows other recent additions to the team, including commercial manager Phil Hey and operations manager Tom Clarke, who both joined from Midas.
Divisional director Tim Stringer said: “Lester is a great addition to our team, especially on the major project construction contracts which is where his experience lies, and where we are picking up more opportunities.
“Anyone looking at the skyline can see just how much building is going on now in Bristol and the wider region which is good news for the sector and the economy. This appointment puts us in a great place to continue to price and deliver projects in the £500,000 to £7m-plus sector.
“On a personal level, I first knew Lester when we were both at Pearce, so it is great to be working with him again.”
Integral Build has won contracts totalling more than £3m over the past three months, including a major refit at Tunbridge Wells Leisure Centre in Kent for Fusion Lifestyle that will complete early next month.
The company, based in St Annes, continues to work on the enhanced fit out of the ongoing £45m transformation of Ashton Gate Stadium for Bristol Sport. The new South Stand and refurbishment of the Dolman Stand is now complete with the remainder of the project due to be finished this summer.
The firm is the construction, refurbishment and fit-out division of Integral UK, the UK’s largest property solutions company.
