National independent property and construction consultancy Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT) has joined the Bristol and West of England China Bureau as part of its commitment to expand into Asian markets.
The firm, which has an office in Bristol, is the latest to link up with the bureau following a successful mission to international real estate summit MIPIM Asia in Hong Kong. TFT is believed to have been the only building surveying firm at this global expo.
TFT Bristol partner Paul Spaven said: “We are very pleased to be joining the Bristol and West of England China Bureau helping us to build our connectivity between Bristol, the UK and China.

An important element for us will be beginning to understand the regional differences within China itself which is not one, but many markets.”

TFT also has offices in London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Guildford, Manchester and Edinburgh.
