Danielle Hatton, a graduate surveyor in the Bristol office of Colliers International, has been named Student of the Year by the Bristol Property Agents’ Association (BPAA).
Danielle, pictured, 24, joined the firm’s national capital markets department as a graduate surveyor in September 2015 after gaining a first-class honours degree in Property Investment and Management at UWE.
During her time at university, Danielle undertook a one-year placement at Colliers’ Bristol office, working in the industrial and logistics department.
She is now on the two-year Colliers International graduate programme, which includes working towards the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Head of Colliers’ Bristol office, Tim Davies, said: “This is a prestigious award and is not given lightly. From what I have seen during Danielle’s time working at Colliers she thoroughly deserves this and is a star of the future.”
Danielle was presented with the award at the BPAA’s annual dinner, which was attended by around 550 people.
