Bristol-based specialist recruitment firm Heat is celebrating winning a top prize at the coveted Employment Engagement Awards 2015.
The firm, which specialises in recruitment for the accountancy and financial sectors, topped the Project of the Year (Private Sector – 0/50 staff) category. 
The Employee Engagement Awards recognise and celebrate forward-thinking people and companies that are remaking the way organisations think about and engage people to achieve their purpose.
Heat Recruitment’s success follows its victory in the Corporate Vision Awards in December when it landed the Accountancy Recruiter title.
The firm was launched by managing director Steve Preston, pictured, in 2006 and today specialises in recruitment for the insurance, accountancy, legal and financial services sectors. It recently moved to new showpiece offices in One Castlepark after outgrowing its base in Royal Talbot House in Victoria Street.
