Bristol-headquartered law firm TLT has advised global publishing company DVV Media on its acquisition of UK specialist publishing firm Road Transport Media, which owns publications such as Commercial Motor, Motor Transport and Truck & Driver.
Hamburg based DVV produces more than 30 B2B publications in the transport and logistics, maritime, rail, public transport, travel/conferences and defence sectors, including Railway Gazette International and Air Cargo News.
The TLT team was led by corporate partner Alice Gardner and included corporate solicitor Luke Thorngate-Davies, tax partner Nathan Williams and employment solicitor Catherine Roylance.
