Bristol-based recruitment group RSG is ending 2015 on a high by opening its first office in Ireland – completing 12 months of European expansion and continued growth.
The Dublin base adds to those opened earlier this year in Munich and Amsterdam as it rolls out its Sanderson brand across Europe. 
Sanderson works with global companies as well as household brands and SMEs to support business areas including IT, business transformation and financial and corporate services.
Long standing clients include AXA, Lloyds Banking Group, Kingfisher Group, BMW and Old Mutual.
RSG has also extended its UK network with a new office in Reading – taking its total number of sites to nine, including its headquarters in Clifton Down.
RSG chief executive Mike Beesley, pictured, said this year has been one of the best since the business started under the Resource Solutions Group name in 1975.
Other highlights have included jumping 15 places on the prestigious Sunday Times Fast Track 250 list and surpassing its target to reach a turnover of £240m.
Mike, who also became chair of the Prince’s Trust South West Leadership Group this year, praised the company’s 200-strong workforce for their continued support.
He said: “I am immensely proud of the team and what they have accomplished through diligence and hard graft – they have really played a blinder. This can be seen in both our continued expansion both in terms of geography but also as a core business.
“When we set out to expand within the EU we decided to take an organic stance and looked to utilise local knowledge and people who shared our vision in places and markets that were showing signs of strong economic growth.
“This has paid off and we are delighted to be ending the year with our new office in Dublin and heading into 2016 with a view to evaluating further opportunities for development over the coming 12 months.”
RSG has grown from a single recruitment company based in Bristol into a multi-million pound network of expert recruitment businesses including recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and manager service provider (MSP)-focused Resource Management (RM).
RSG, which is the lead sponsor for Bristol Sport and shirt sponsor for Bristol City FC and basketball team the Bristol Flyers, also has offices in Edinburgh, Cardiff and London.
