Bristol-based refurbishment, construction and fit-out specialist Integral Build marked the end of a successful year with a pre-Christmas gathering for clients and colleagues.
The company, based in St Anne’s, continues to benefit from the bounce-back in the commercial property market.
This year Integral Build has continued to work on the fit out of the ongoing £45m transformation of Ashton Gate stadium for Bristol Sport.
The new South Stand and refurbishment of the Dolman Stand are nearing completion with the remainder of the project due to end next summer.
The firm has also completed a number of projects for Fusion Lifestyle leisure operators in the South East and, closer to home, has just finished the total refurbishment of the reception area of offices at No.1 The Square in Temple Quay.
Divisional director Tim Stringer said: “We are seeing a growing demand for specialist fit-out and refurbishment expertise as the construction and build market generally continues to thrive.
“With the proposed electrification of the London to Temple Meads train line, offices in the Temple Quarter area in particular are going to start competing to attract London firms, so we are seeing a real move towards higher end materials and interior design.”
