Bristol wealth management business Whitechurch Securities has been selected as the UK’s Best Overall Small Firm – for the second year running – in a prestigious national awards scheme.
The Citywire Wealth Manager Investment Performance Awards are based on independent analysis, quantitatively assessed and focused on consistency and risk-adjusted performance over a three-year period.
Leading industry consulting practice Asset Risk Consultants (ARC) crunched more than 4,000 data points to draw up shortlists and eventual winners.
In addition to the Best Overall Small Firm, Whitechurch won the award for Best Cautious Portfolio while it was also shortlisted for its Balanced, Steady Growth and Aggressive portfolios.
Head of investments and managing director Gavin Haynes, pictured, said: “We are thrilled to be recognised by the industry as a high-performing wealth management firm.
“We pursue excellence in all our operations – from portfolio development to administration – and I feel these awards are a testament to our ability to produce premium solutions and a comprehensive service to all advisers and their clients.”
The Citywire awards are the latest in a succession of accolades for Whitechurch. Earlier this year the firm, was formed in 1982 and has provided investment solutions since 1990, was highly commended as runner up in the Best Wealth Manager category at the 2015 Money Marketing Awards, taking the unique position of being the only firm to be short-listed every year for the past nine years – winning the award on three occasions.
Redland-based Whitechurch works with financial advisers to provide wealth management solutions for more than 7,000 private clients at across the UK and abroad.
