Resource Solutions Group (RSG), the Bristol-based recruitment firm, has launched its second office outside the UK in Amsterdam – less than three months after opening its first in Munich.
The office, part of RSG’s Europe-wide expansion programme, will operate under the Sanderson brand, one of the group’s specialist resourcing businesses.
The Clifton Down-headquartered firm is one of Britain’s largest independent recruitment organisations. Launched in Bristol 40 years ago and with satellite offices in London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Cardiff, it now has an annual turnover of £220m.
It specialises in IT, finance and business change and also has a unique division catering for government and defence recruitment.
The Amsterdam and Munich offices follow from five years’ growth across the UK and form part of a commitment to build a global footprint in line with the international resourcing market.
RSG director in charge of overseeing the EU expansion programme, Nick Walrond, pictured, said: “The Netherlands has seen a good period of growth in the past 12 months which looks likely to continue and with this comes an increase in the flexible jobs market.
“We believe the expansion into the Netherlands will help us support our existing customers and also create opportunities for our range of services to be brought to the wider local market place.”
Sanderson already works with global companies as well as household brands and small enterprises to support businesses in areas such as IT, business transformation and financial and corporate services.
