Property agency Colliers International has relocated its Bristol base to one of the city’s most-prestigious office developments.
It has moved from Broad Quay House, on Broad Quay, into 10 Templeback – a 123,000 sq ft contemporary waterfront property and one of Bristol’s most prominent Grade A office developments which combines historic architecture with cutting-edge design.
Colliers has taken 4,700 sq ft in the building, owned by Benson Elliot. Global management, engineering and development consultancy Mott MacDonald is also moving its 100-strong team from Prince Street to the building in June, taking 10,000 sq ft on the building’s ground floor, while Momentum Financial recently moved into the building.
