Regional law firm Foot Anstey, which has an office in Bristol, has advised former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher’s retail brand Pretty Green on the opening of two stores in London as part of its UK growth plans.
Pretty Green was launched in 2009 and now operates from 17 outlets in the UK and five in Japan.
Foot Anstey retail property specialist Tom Bowes advised the fast-growing retailer on the launch of its 1,400 sq ft store at the Westfield shopping centre and a 1,600 sq ft store at Spitalfields Market over the past month.
Foot Anstey head of real estate Richard Walford said: “Pretty Green is clearly going from strength to strength and we’re really pleased to support their plans with specialist retail property advice.”
Pretty Green chief executive Richard Ralph added: “We will continue to search for appropriate opportunities as we look to drive further expansion, both in the UK and internationally.”
The company plans to launch six concessions within House of Fraser stores next spring, including Belfast, Exeter and Middlesbrough, and the brand will be available on the department store’s website.
Pretty Green has also relocated its London head office to a larger space in King’s Cross.
Foot Anstey also has offices in Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton and Truro.
