National property agency DTZ has made five promotions at its Bristol office as part of its continued growth.
The appointments are among 101 announced by the national firm across the UK.
James Marsh has been promoted to director in professional advisory services while Philip Cranstone, of industrial agency, and Christian Crawfurd, who works in the project and building consultancy, have become associate directors.
Rebekah Formosa, of public sector advisory, and James Cinicola, of development consulting, have been promoted to senior surveyor level.
Senior director and head of DTZ’s Bristol office Tim Davis said: “Throughout the downturn, DTZ continued to invest in our people and offer career progression.
“As the market becomes more favourable we have adopted an ambitious growth agenda and I am delighted to announce the promotion of these future leaders of our business.”
DTZ’s national promotions were made across most of its service lines including agency leasing, investment & asset management, research, property management, retail, rating, valuation, and project & building consultancy.
