National commercial property specialist firm Sanderson Weatherall has relocated its Bristol following substantial growth since it arrived in the city two years ago.
The team, which has grown from two to 13 over two years, has moved into a 2,000 sq ft office in Queen Square from its former address base in Orchard St.
The new office will accommodate the fast-growing team which provides a range of property services to both regional and national businesses in the Bristol and the South West including agency, retail, food and beverage, valuation, investment and building consultancy services.
Retail agency partner Richard Saunders said: “Our commitment to Bristol over the last two years has seen us grow to 13 staff, positioning us as perhaps the fastest-growing surveying practice in the city.
“We are delighted to put our roots down in Queen Square. The location works brilliantly for us, being close to the now premier business district of Temple Quay and Temple Meads train station, yet still in close proximity to the waterfront leisure quarter and close to Cabot Circus. It’s the right choice for a growing, ambitious business such as ours.”
The paperless office has been configured to provide space for Bristol staff and hot desking for colleagues from other offices. It also provides room for anticipated expansion.
Sanderson Weatherall has eight offices it total across England.
