Innovative law firm Temple Bright has advised Tilstone Investments on a series of significant real estate transactions, helping it grow its portfolio in the industrial and out-of-town retail property markets.
The acquisitions mark Tilstone’s growing presence the UK real estate market, bringing with it years of experience under the leadership of Andrew Bird. 
Bristol and London-based Temple Bright has acted on several confidential deals as well as the acquisition of industrial estates at Vantage Point and Sussex Avenue in Leeds and at Jensen Court in Runcorn.
Temple Bright real estate partner Andrew Conway, pictured, said the transactions had been “highly significant” in the growth of Tilstone’s property asset base throughout the UK.

Temple Bright’s work with Tilstone represents its first high-profile real estate work from the London office which the firm opened in early 2013. Deploying technology and an innovative partner-only business model, the firm has swiftly gained a reputation for punching above its weight.
The firm’s main focus in the capital to date has been on the technology cluster around Old Street’s ‘Silicon Roundabout’ where its London office is based, but recent developments signal a broadening of its ambitions.
In recent weeks Temple Bright has announced its recruitment of a team of leading renewable energy lawyers from Nabarro, led by Tom Bainbridge, as well as SJ Berwin’s former head of outsourcing David Meredith. The growth of its London real estate practice, led by Andrew Conway, continues this widening focus.

These lawyers complement the 16 partners based in the firm’s office in Bristol.
