Bristol digital marketing agency Strategy Internet Marketing has rebranded as Strategy Digital to reflect its evolved offering in a rapidly-changing marketplace.
The firm has been helping clients improve their search rankings and sales conversions for more than18 years – since the earliest days of the internet and before Google was even created.
Strategy Digital, the South West’s largest agency of its kind with 50 staff, has successfully developed and run multi-channel marketing campaigns for more than 1,000 clients.
Its expertise spans digital content creation, technical SEO, conversion rate optimisation, social media, blogger engagement, digital PR, PPC and outreach.
A Google Partner, it achieved sales growth of 25% growth last year. Its 100-plus clients range from estate agents to luxury and niche online retailers.
Chairman John Courtney, pictured, said the decision to rebrand was a reflection of the changing skills and methods used to achieve online success.
“Over the years the discipline of SEO has evolved from a more technical link-building process to one which values quality, informative original content which appeals to potential customers’ interests through the many channels they use to consume content,” he said.
“Doing this well results in positive social signals and high authority links. Google’s algorithms for example Panda, Penguin and Hummingbird and regular updates to those algorithms have been designed to improve the quality and intuitiveness of online content, personalise search and eliminate ‘black hat’ unethical SEO techniques.
“We have been quick to react to these industry game-changers, and offer a cutting edge service – including Google+ strategies – to our client base of over 100 businesses, which includes household names.
“No sector is too specialist for us and we offer tailored strategies to businesses across professional services, ecommerce and B2B on a performance based pricing basis.”
