More than 150 venues from across the UK including major hotels and conference centres, are lined up to promote themselves at a major event in Bristol later this month.
Spotlight on Venues, on January 30 at The Passenger Shed, Temple Meads, has already attracted exhibitors such as Blenheim Palace, Bristol Zoo, Radisson Blu, UWE and Thermae Bath Spa among many others. 
Staged for a second year by Portishead-based event management firm In Any Event, the day will also include seminars, including a speaker from Bristol Green Capital who will look at the impact on tourism and opportunities for venues during the city’s year as Europe’s leading environmental city in 2015.
There will also be prize draws, mini spa treatments, a walk-about magician, photo booth and wine tasting.
The free-to-enter event takes place between 10am – 4.30pm.
