National property agents Knight Frank’s industrial team in Bristol has been boosted with the arrival of Josh Gunn as a graduate surveyor.
Josh, pictured, joins from Plymouth property consultant Vickery Holman where he spent two years in the agency department after graduating from Oxford Brookes University in Real Estate Management. 
He said: “I am delighted to be joining the industrial team of one of the most-respected specialist property firms in the South West.”
Knight Frank’s industrial partner at the Bristol office, Russell Crofts, added: “Josh’s appointment is in preparation for the additional market activity we are now clearly beginning to see in the region’s industrial property sector.”
Knight Frank’s industrial department acts on some of the region’s major properties, including a number trading estates around Bristol.
