Agricultural and private client litigation specialist Kevin Kennedy joins the UK’s premier food, farming and land team this month at leading law firm Burges Salmon.
Kevin joins after five years as a partner with Clarke Willmott, having previously spent seven years at Burges Salmon.
He has built a national reputation as a litigator, with a particular focus on agricultural tenancies advice, real property disputes, regulatory disputes and contracts and tort claims. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Property Litigation Association and is ranked by Chambers as a ‘leading individual.' He is also the author of 'Neighbour Disputes – Law and Practice’ published by The Law Society (2009).
Kevin will be joining head of the food, farming and land team, William Neville, and his colleagues at the Dairy Event on 6 & 7 September at the NEC.
