Two directors in the Bristol office of independent property adviser GVA have been promoted to the position of senior director.
Jerry Burton takes up the role in lease consultancy, and Leigh Richardson in business rates.
GVA, the UK’s largest independent commercial property adviser, made the appointments as part of its annual programme to recognise those who demonstrate exemplary performance.
Regional senior director in Bristol David Mace said: “Jerry and Leigh have been integral to the success of their respective teams and I’d like to congratulate them on their very well-deserved promotions.
“GVA made a total of four promotions to senior level throughout the UK so to have two of these in Bristol with Leigh and Jerry is a significant achievement and reflects the exceptional quality of staff that we have here.”
