The Bristol office of property agents Knight Frank has acted in the disposal of two South West industrial estates.
The office advised London & Westcountry Estates – through an administrator – on the sale of Bridgwater’s Blake Mill Business Park to Parabola Capital for £1.2m.
The 29,975 sq ft multi-let industrial estate produces rental income of around £147,570 a year.
Bristol property agent Hartnell Taylor Cook represented Parabola. Solicitors were Ashurst (vendor) and Taylor Wessing (buyer).
Knight Frank also advised the same vendor on the sale of the Brent Mill Business Park in South Brent, Devon. The 20,524 sq ft multi-let industrial estate was sold to Staunton Property for £980,000. Solicitors were Ashurst (vendor) and Stephen Lake (buyer).
