Bristol-based law firm TLT has advised travel giant TUI on its acquisition of online activity provider Isango!
Isango!, launched in 2007, will continue to be led by its existing management team, who will work closely with TUI, one of the world’s leading leisure travel groups.
The deal was led by TLT corporate team partner Richard Tall, who specialises in acquisitions and disposals, and corporate associate Alexandra Watson.
Richard said: “This deal complements TUI Travel's strategy to invest in innovative technologies and grow online sales of destination services. TLT has a strong relationship with TUI Travel having acted for a substantial part of its business providing corporate, property services, employment and commercial litigation.”
TLT was recently ranked number one UK law firm in Legal Week’s Client Satisfaction Report 2012. TLT’s corporate team is described in respected industry guide Chambers 2013 as displaying a “can-do attitude accompanied by high levels of customer service and responsiveness”.
London-based Isango! offers consumers and travel professionals an authoritative source of travel experiences, including holiday tours, sightseeing, attractions, activities and best things to do in more than 50 countries across the world. It is now be part of TUI's operator’s Accommodation and Destinations division and operate under the TUI brand across Europe.
