Half-year revenues at Bristol-headquartered international law firm Osborne Clarke have risen by 12% to nearly £60m, it reported today.
The firm, which also has UK offices in London and the Thames Valley as well as bases around the world, said it was now on track to financial targets set in the summer.
Some £39.1m was generated in the UK – a year-on-year increase of 8%. Turnover generated by the firm’s UK key clients grew by 16%.
The firm’s new offices in Brussels and Paris contributed to the increase in global revenues. The results do not include figures for the firm’s newest office in New York.
Osborne Clarke, one of Bristol's Big Two law firms along with Burges Salmon, said a period of investment over the past two years was now paying off and revenues were increasing as a result of its wider offering in terms of jurisdiction and cross-border expertise.
