Bristol-based national recruitment firm Resource Solutions Group (RSG) is to expand into Europe following five years of sustained growth in the UK.
The parent group of specialist resourcing companies Sanderson and Resource Management, RSG’s turnover reached £220m this year. 
Now it is seeking to develop operations in northern Europe as part of a long-term aim to build a global footprint in line with the international resourcing market. It is seeking sites across several possible locations in Europe.
As well as its headquarters in Bristol, RSG has offices in London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Cardiff, employing more than 200 people.
It specialises in IT, finance and business change and also operates a unique division catering for Government and defence recruitment.
Managing director Nick Walrond said: “We have spent the past five years creating and stabilising our organisation’s growth to provide a UK-wide presence. A key aspect of this has been organic through the opening of our regional offices.
“To continue this trend, we are now looking to create several bases in Europe and, if this goes well, then moving our sights further afield.
“British business is currently in a relatively strong position due to the lower barriers to entry into the European markets. Our model for working within the EU will be a combination of organic growth, acquisition and full utilisation of home-grown talent.
“This ensures we will be operating with confidence where there are specific legislative or regulatory differences between home and abroad, while also offering global opportunity to our growing talent base.”

Mr Walrond added: “Following a significant refocusing of our business five years ago we have successfully managed to integrate all of our brands, which means that we can create bespoke resourcing and recruitment solutions across the entire professional staffing market.
“It is the natural step for us to provide our current and future clients and contractors wider opportunities in line with the global business environment.”
